My First Post

I have now joined the club! I feel as though I belong to a worthy group of bloggers. I've been thinking about this for a while and decided tonight was the night I would take the plunge and jump in. Seeing that I am about 34 weeks pregnant with our first little miracle, I wanted a place where I could post the happenings of our life.

My life is about to change dramatically!!! Obviously, the little one will be the biggest change, but also I am leaving the land of teaching other people's children all day everyday and coming to the land of being a mommy. I can not wait to chronicle the events of the coming days.

As for the title of my blog, A Cup of T, it may seem self explanitory, but I feel the need to elaborate... My very creative husband actually named the blog. I had been thinking about a name for about 30 minutes when I thought to go out to the family room and elicit some help. In about 2 seconds flat he came up with what I thought was a very clever name. See, the "T" stands for me, a nickname many people call me, and the "Cup of" refers to the idea of comming in and having a little bit of what I'm thinking and doing during my days. Enjoy, relax, sit a while and have a cup of T. I actually HATE tea (the drink) any kind, hot, green, iced, sweet, but I loved the though of letting me share a little bit of what is important to me with you!!
